This is the lifting system most effective and secure coil transport in an horizontal way. Our coil tongs are designed with an opening motorized system for handling all the coils. Our coil lifters are designed with motorized opening for coil manipulation. Very reduced height. As an option, they can be commanded with the crane's remote control and incorporate weight.
Our coil lifter also has frequency variators, PLC and a communications system that allows to our after sales department (via GSM) to adjust remotely parameters in minor incidents. Motorman incorporates in all coil grabs a security system designed with load detection sensors to avoid the arms opening . They also have light signs to indicate the status of the load.
